About the Role
Are you a Central Valley area (Stockton, Tracy, and Modesto) resident dedicated to advancing the interests of Black women in their personal and professional lives?
Black Girls Sister Society is actively seeking a committed individual to serve as Secretary in the Central Valley area (Stockton, Tracy, and Modesto).
As Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Chapter President and other leaders.
Assisting in the organization and coordination of chapter activities, programs, and events.
Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the chapter.
Stepping in to fulfill duties in the absence of other officers.
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
Residency in the Central Valley area (Stockton, Tracy, and Modesto)
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
While previous administrative or leadership experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
A strong passion for our mission of empowering Black girls and women.
